I have office hours in beautiful Old Town Tacoma, or avalibility on-line from the comfort of your own home.

My Fees are $170 for individuals, $300 for couples, and $400 for families.

Payments are due at time of service and will be charged to the card on file. I take Credit/Debit or HSA.

I am INN network with Premera for individuals. If you would like to use your Out of Network benefits pls check with your insurance, I will provide a super bill once a month for services rendered.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are 50 minutes and are a collaborative space focused on your needs, goals, and healing process. We will work together to explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools for meaningful change.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to support consistency and progress, with the option to transition to biweekly sessions as appropriate.

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

Any questions that haven’t been answered here can be answered in our consultation or at anytime you may have them.
